Weft Studio is a fictional demo store for this template. The details below are sample content — replace them with your own before you sell.

These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before you buy — by placing an order you agree to them.

Who we are

This shop is run by Weft Studio B.V., Weverstraat 12, 1011 AB Amsterdam, the Netherlands ("we", "us"). Company number 12345678, VAT ID NL123456789B01. You can reach us at hello@weft.studio. Full company details are on our Legal notice page.

Placing an order

1. Choose your pieces, size and colour, and add them to your bag.

2. At checkout, enter your delivery details and payment method and check your order.

3. By clicking the final payment button you make a binding offer to buy.

4. We confirm receipt by email straight away. The contract is concluded when we send a second email confirming dispatch, or when payment is taken — whichever comes first.

Orders are processed in English. We store your order details and send them to you by email; you can also ask us for a copy at any time.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in the store currency and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay. If you choose to view prices in another currency, those prices are for reference only; you are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers (for example Shopify Payments or Stripe); we never see or store your full card details.

Availability

All offers are subject to availability. If a piece sells out after you order, we tell you straight away and refund anything you have paid within 14 days.

Delivery

Delivery areas, times and costs are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to you or a person you name.

Your right to withdraw

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Guarantees and faulty goods

You have the statutory rights of a consumer for goods that are faulty or not as described. If something is wrong with your order, contact us at hello@weft.studio and we will repair, replace or refund it as the law requires.

Retention of title

Your order remains our property until it has been paid in full.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Disputes

We always try to resolve complaints directly — please write to us first. We are not willing and not obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
