How we make the shop usable for everyone — and how to tell us if something isn't.

We want everyone to be able to browse and buy from this shop, whatever device or assistive technology they use.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, in line with the European Accessibility Act.
What we have done
Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
Images of products have text descriptions, and the product gallery can be navigated without a mouse.
Buttons and form fields have clear labels for screen readers, and the bag and search are announced as dialogs.
Text meets colour-contrast requirements, and animations respect your device's "reduce motion" setting.
Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
Known limitations
Some journal images do not have text descriptions yet. We are adding them and aim to finish by the end of 2026.
Checkout
Checkout and payment are provided by our checkout provider (Shopify or Stripe), who publish their own accessibility statements.

If you find something that is hard to use, please tell us: hello@weft.studio. We reply within 5 working days and, where we cannot fix something straight away, we will help you place your order another way.
Enforcement
If you are not happy with our response, you can contact the market surveillance authority in the Netherlands: the Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM).
