Where we deliver

We currently deliver to the EU and the United Kingdom. If your country is not available at checkout, write to us — we may be able to help.

Delivery times and costs

Netherlands — 1–2 working days · €5, free over €150
Rest of the EU — 2–4 working days · €9, free over €150
United Kingdom — 3–5 working days · €12

Orders placed before 2 pm (CET) on a working day usually leave our studio the same day. The exact cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel leaves us, we email you a tracking link.

Duties and taxes

Deliveries within the EU include VAT. For the UK, import VAT and duties are included in the price — there is nothing more to pay on delivery.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is late, damaged or missing, contact us at hello@weft.studio within 14 days and we will sort it out with the carrier. Please check the parcel for visible damage when it arrives.
